Beth Gauthier-Jenkin is a seasoned professional with executive level experience in customer experience, sales, and human resources. She is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at Gopher Sport where she ensures best in class contact center operations, and an exceptional customer experience. Professional accolades include being an ICMI Top 25 Thought Leader in 2025 and repeat wins with her team for ICMI Best Small Contact Center in 2018 and 2024. Beth has a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and communication, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and Management. She also serves on the Midwest Contact Center Association board of directors.
