Building a strong culture isn't about forcing your workforce into culture. Your focus should be on building your culture to align with your workforce, which is winding and ever changing. Be prepared to go with the flow.
Culture isn't a one size fits all. It's a variety of things that encompass social interaction, employee wellbeing and support, investing in people through leadership development and communications to name a few.
