Sarah has been with WebMD for over 18 years. She started as an agent in the coaching call center, building relationships with her co-workers. Although she enjoyed supporting end-users, she quickly realized she had a passion for supporting her teammates as well. Sarah moved into a leadership role and has spent the past 16 years working directly with frontline staff, managing the day-to-day operations for the health coaching department. She oversees a call center that is open 7 days per week, offers a myriad of coaching products and services, and supports global programs as well. Sarah is a member of the Coaching and Operations Leadership Team, driving culture and process improvement throughout the entire WebMD Health Services organization. Sarah manages a staff of over 100, which was responsible for contributing over $13M in revenue in 2023. Cultivating a positive culture is at the core of what makes Sarah and her team successful. As things continue to change in the call center, Sarah and her team continue to evolve and look for new and creative ways to motivate their employees, channeling fun while meeting their goals.
