His diverse background, encompassing solution enablement, product marketing, sales engineering, customer success, WEM practice leadership, and business consulting, provides him with a uniquely comprehensive perspective on the evolving contact center landscape. At 8x8, Ro partners with customers and cross-functional teams to drive value through discovery, consulting, and solution optimization, helping organizations deliver seamless customer experiences while maximizing efficiency and ROI. Ro is a graduate of The Ohio State University and lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife and two children.
