Michelle DipietroDirector, Contact Center OperationsArbella Insurance Group

Michelle DiPietro began her career in the Claim organization at Arbella Insurance. Over the following years, she developed extensive knowledge of the claim process with an emphasis on service delivery in the Claim Contact Center. As her knowledge of auto claims and high exposure claims grew, her responsibilities expanded, and she was soon promoted to several leadership roles within the Claim organization.
In 2019, Michelle was promoted to a director within Arbella’s contact service centers (CSC), leading service delivery of the Claim Service Center, the Arbella Service Center, and Customer Service. Michelle has oversight of the overall performance of the contact centers and implements strategies to ensure they deliver an efficient, seamless, and superior customer experience.
Additionally, Michelle works closely with her teams to inspire a collaborative and supportive environment, focused on employee growth and development. She partners with her key business stakeholders to enhance performance and drives innovation in support of Arbella’s strategic service goals.
Michelle holds an associate’s degree in business management from Quincy College and has her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting CPCU designation. She has the designations of Associate in Management (AIM), Associate in Claims (AIC), Supervisory Management (SM), and Intro to Claims & Legal Principle Claim Specialist. Michelle is also a Licensed Producer in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
