Natalie Waters holds the position of Operations Manager within Office of Access Management at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Natalie has worked at Mayo Clinic for five years in various outpatient administrative support roles. In her current role, Natalie plays a crucial part in several enterprise initiatives, including Contact Center Transformation, Digital Self-Service, and the Optimization & Redesign project. Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple contact centers and partners with 40 plus departments to streamline outpatient operations.
