Kaleb Stunkard is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Lighthouse Central Florida (LCF) and its subsidiary social enterprise nonprofit company, Lighthouse Works (LW). Kaleb focuses on formulating long-term strategies and continual process improvement while actively overseeing day-to-day operations.
His career at Lighthouse began in 2007 as an IT consultant while still in college. After graduating, he was inspired by the launch of Lighthouse Works and its mission of Empowerment through Employment. He joined the team that year as IT Manager and was ultimately elevated to Chief Operations Officer, serving both nonprofits, in 2019.
Kaleb graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and minors in Computer Science and Mathematics.
A native Floridian, Kaleb loves to build and tinker, especially on his motorcycle and mountain bike.
