Travis StuartSenior Operations ManagerCellular Sales National Contact Center

Travis Stuart has over 20 years of experience in leadership with close to a decade of that being in the Contact Center industry. He is super passionate about Change Management and is Change Manager Certified through Prosci and their ADKAR methodology and various other Change Management certifications and courses. To go along with that, he also holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Combining those skill sets with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Talent Management/Development. Fourteen years of military service have also helped develop necessary skill sets that have translated over to the civilian and corporate world. During his decade plus with Cellular Sales and their National Contact Center, Travis has worked to install not only change management, project management, and process improvement principles but spearheaded an initiative to create an Operational Excellence Team to assist the mission of the Contact Center. This has paved a path of success with proven results in organization, effectiveness, and efficiencies across a wide spectrum of projects and initiatives. The OpEx Team also provides continues education to reinforce the workforce within the departments they support.
