Hannah Steiman is COO of Peak Support, a customer service outsourcing company in Cambridge, MA. Prior to Peak Support, Hannah was a journalist at Inc. and Forbes, managed communications for the Clinton Global Initiative, and worked as a strategy consultant. She has appeared on television and radio, run multi-day workshops, and spoken to large and small audiences. She has an MBA from MIT Sloan.
