For the past 15+ years, Laura has channeled her passion into Coaching and Leadership as a dynamic instructional designer and facilitator, partnering with organizations such as Rogers, TELUS, Bell, NorthwestTel, FedEx, Air Miles and CIBC. She has dedicated herself to helping individuals and teams rise to their full potential while firmly setting the Customer experience and Employee experience as the North Star. Whether in virtual or in-classroom settings, Laura creates engaging and impactful learning experiences that resonate with her audience.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she is also an avowed junkie of designer accessories and BIG cruise ships, she prefers shopping to sleeping, and is a proud ski and theatre Mom, finding joy and fulfillment in being her son’s biggest cheerleader!
