Yenissa Salgado joined the Access Customer Service Center for the Health & Human Services Agency with the County of San Diego in January 2021 as the Chief, Agency Operations, focusing on service delivery by creating an environment of innovation. She has 15 years of experience in providing a broad range of health and social services, promoting wellness, self-sufficiency, and a better quality of life for all individuals and families in San Diego County. Yenissa earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from National University.
