Michele Rowan has spent the last 12 years exclusively helping companies design and continuously improve their remote working programs. Michele conducts workshops on hybrid and remote work, bringing together leaders of organizations to share insights, experiences, strategy and forward vision. Michele also leads the WFHAlliance Membership Community, facilitating Senior Leader Roundtable discussions and Best Practice Exchanges on remote and hybrid work. Prior to establishing WFHAlliance, Michele spent 12 years with Hilton Hotels as VP of Reservations and Performance Management and held roles both US-based and London.
