Jim Rasnick is the Director of Learning & Development within the Student Success organization at Anthology and has operational responsibility for Recruiting within the Student Success organization. Jim has over 30 years of leadership with companies such as Charles Schwab, Bank of America, Kaplan, Inc. and Allconnect, a Red Ventures company. In addition to his Learning & Development and Recruiting responsibilities, Jim also leads the organization’s Leadership Development programs and administers the annual Employee Engagement Survey.
Most of his career has been spent in or around the contact center world, working for such diverse companies as Charles Schwab, Bank of America, Kaplan, Inc. and Allconnect, a Red Ventures company. While many of his roles have focused on front-line and executive leadership, Jim’s passion has always centered around training, mentoring others and helping people and organizations grow.
Jim holds a B.A. from Indiana University in Telecommunications and Sociology.
