Nina Olivas joined the Access Customer Service Center for the Health & Human Services Agency with the County of San Diego in January 2021 as a Human Services Program Manager to oversee operations of the call center whose volume had amassed 1.8 million contacts per year. Nina has over 14 years of experience working with San Diego County non-profit and government organizations assisting individuals and families to gain self-sufficiency through a variety of social services programs. She earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish with a Minor in Psychology from San Diego State University and is currently working on her Master in Public Administration from Arkansas State University.
