Dianne McCoubrey is a veteran in the information technology market and has held key management roles in Sales, Customer Excellence, Product and Project Management. She has more than 25 years in the following industries: Telco, Banking, Retail, and Manufacturing. She has been responsible for driving growth and customer success for several start up companies. Her focus has been in helping customers transform their business, systems into new technology such as automation, AI, Digital engagement. Dianne began her career at CIBC (one of Canada’s largest banks) where she spent years in leadership roles.
