Dara Kiernan has worked in Irish call centres for the past 20 years in both public and private sectors, and across multiple industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Information Technology and Local Authorities. Dara has designed, built and managed call centres in Ireland to provide customer service in response to a number of challenging events such as a post economic crash recovery for financial services, and developing and managing the Irish Department of Health's COVID-19 Contact Tracing Centres whilst navigating the 2021 Cyber-Attack which crippled the Irish Health Service. Throughout his career, Dara and his teams have received 11 industry awards recognizing their efforts for providing excellent customer care during challenging times.
