With 18 years of experience in the banking industry, I began my career just a week after graduating high school. I spent 7 years working at major banks before joining STCU, where I have been for the last 11 years. At STCU, I started as a teller and advanced through various roles within the branches, up to a management role, before moving to the back office as a consumer loan officer. I was then selected to work with our Continuous Improvement department to implement the Virtual Lending department, becoming the first virtual lender. This experience sparked my passion for Continuous Improvement, a field that I find immensely fascinating due to its focus on continual growth. For the past 4.5 years, I have been a part of the Continuous Improvement department and currently hold the position of Continuous Improvement Manager. My dedication lies in delivering exceptional member service, creating seamless processes, and empowering our employees to propose innovative solutions. I also strive to educate leaders across our organization on Continuous Improvement tools, helping them manage processes with data and effectively lead their teams.
