public and private sectors in Europe and North America, Alton has worn multiple hats. He has
served as an agent, contact center leader, support analyst, and product specialist. He has
managed over 250 contact center deployments, and engaged in contact center and executive
management consulting, operations, inside and field sales, as well as channel management.
