Her experience revolves around Quality Assurance Programs, Customer Satisfaction, Sales, Customer Service, Inbound and Outbound, Training, and Employee Development, Mentoring and Leadership. Eileen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University and is an active member of the Board of Directors of The Austin Contact Center Alliance.
