With more than 20 years of leadership and program management experience, Kathi Daily currently manages day-to-day contact center operations at Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. Kathi leads with strategic vision and creativity, while focusing on service excellence, both internally and externally. She understands that employing emotional intelligence and a conversational approach improves the dynamic of every interaction. Prior to joining Zeiders, Kathi’s career centered around higher education. She has a passion for supporting the education and career goals of students and clients, as well as the professional development of her staff. Kathi is a Certified Workforce Development Professional and executive coach, with an undergraduate degree in organizational behavior and graduate work in leadership.
