Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Care Quality at Exact Sciences, she has dedicated 15 years to supporting clients in diverse industries including Nutritional Chemistry & Food Safety, BioPharma, and Oncology. Amber's expertise extends beyond her role, as she actively contributes to the University of Wisconsin-Madison Business Consortium-Customer Service group as a steering committee member. Her commitment to excellence was showcased in 2021 when she delivered a compelling presentation on "Improving Customer Care Employee Experience." Passionate about the impact of quality on the customer experience, Amber consistently strives to elevate service standards and ensure customer satisfaction. She believes in the power of fostering a positive work environment for her team to deliver exceptional care. Outside of her professional endeavors, Amber cherishes her role as a mother to two wonderful boys. In her downtime, she finds solace and rejuvenation by connecting with nature.
