Matthew has over a decade of experience in the customer experience industry, working primarily in strategic and highly technical product management and product marketing roles for contact center solution vendors. He currently holds global responsibility for leading business development of the Google Chrome Enterprise Contact Center ecosystem, working with 12+ leading contact center providers. Previously, Matthew led Product Management at Mitel where he was responsible for managing the vision, Go To Market strategy, and New Product Introductions for Mitel’s various cloud and hybrid contact center solutions. He also previously managed product marketing at prairieFyre Software, an OEM partner acquired by Mitel in 2013, where he was responsible for product and digital marketing, channel development, and demand generation.
