Chrissy Calabrese is the Director of Product Marketing for CCaaS at 8x8 and has 23 years of experience in the contact center and customer experience industry. Chrissy has successfully developed and launched strategies to increase market presence, improve product strategy, and provide thought leadership, as well as enabling teams to be successful. She has led both Product Management and Product Marketing teams in SaaS technology organizations at multiple companies such as inContact/ NICE, Aspect/ Alvaria, Verint, Five9, and most recently Playvox. She resides just outside Philadelphia with her three kids. They are a big sports family and enjoy both playing and watching almost any sport. She also enjoys reading just about anything.
