Robert Beasley is a 20-year veteran of the workforce engagement management (WEM) space. He joined Genesys in 2019 to help drive the expansion and adoption of WEM solutions across Genesys Cloud. Prior to joining Genesys, Robert held several sales, services, and support roles at Aspect, Verint, and NICE. His unique background and experience have given him the opportunity to connect and speak with workforce engagement teams from across the globe.
